The remuneration is presented as follows:,/p>

  • Salary Base (SB): nominal wage (as of May 2014) annualized according to the number of paid wages per year;
  • Total Cash (TD): base salary plus Short-term incentives (bonuses, profit sharing, awards, etc.) paid in the last fiscal year;
  • Total Cash Target (DTT): base salary plus Short Term Target incentives (bonuses, profit sharing, awards, etc.) paid in the last fiscal year;
  • Direct Compensation (RD): Total cash plus the present value of the annual gain opportunity offered by long-term incentives – ILP (Stock Options, Restricted Shares, Deferred Bonus, Stock Purchase, among other plan types);
  • Direct Target Compensation (RDT): Total target cash plus the present value of the annual gain opportunity offered by long-term incentives – ILP (Stock Options, Restricted Shares, Deferred Bonus, Stock Purchase, among other plan types);
  • Total remuneration (RT): direct compensation plus the appreciation of the benefits package afforded to executives;
  • Total remuneration Target (RTT): increased direct remuneration of the appreciation of benefits package afforded to executives.

The benefits can be opened or % share. Depending on the job level can also inform the types and mid-market costs.

In this research we also generate compensation information (fixed and variable) for Management Board members (President, Independent Directors, External Advisor, Internal Director, Alternate Director) and Audit Committee.
